Retreat 52

This custom built Craftsman designed Holiday Home is located in downtown Helen and ready for your arrival! Bright and cheery, the living room is cozy with the leather sofa, love seat and recliner, warm with the wood staircase, tables and fireplace mantel. There is a gas fireplace for a relaxing evening of games or movies. Just outside the French doors is a large gas grill for any meal on the grill. Hang out with your pals at the deck bar overlooking the Innsbruck Golf Course. There is a small screened porch on the opposite end of the deck with a couple of Amish rocking chairs and table. Enter from the screened porch into the modern open kitchen area with ample countertop space.

The kitchen features full size appliances, including a refrigerator, stove and oven, microwave and dishwasher. Besides fully stocked cabinets of dishware, cookware, glassware and dinnerware, there are drawers filled with utensils and flatware for every possible need. The small appliances available for guests use include a standard drip coffee maker, a Keurig, a hand mixer, toaster, blender, electric skillet, crock pot and an electric can opener. Back at the entry from the front door is both a coat closet, and a laundry closet with a stackable washer/dryer unit, as well as an iron and ironing board.

The master King bedroom is located on the main floor with the master bath just across the hall. Roomy bedroom closets have shelves and hangers so you can unpack and feel right at home. The master bathroom has a double sink vanity and a spacious walk-in shower.

Upstairs are two queen guest bedrooms. Cuddle up to watch a movie or read a book by the nightstand lamp. This shared bathroom has a tub/shower combination and a one-sink vanity.

On the ground floor there are game rooms with cards, board games, billiards and a foosball table for your entertainment. Open the double barn doors to the hidden bunk room. There are 2 sets of bunk beds for a total of four guests. There is a full bath on the ground floor with a shower/tub combination and one-sink vanity.

Just outside in the back of the house is outdoor entertainment for all. From the porch swing to the four-person hot tub, relax and take in the sounds of nature. There is a beautiful outdoor fire pit, too! Gather round for a night of storytelling and toasted marshmallows.

- Minimum Age Requirement: Retreat 52 is a Luxury Property and is available to families or to guests 25 years and older.

- Parking: Space is available for 5 vehicles.

- Access: The roads and driveway are paved all the way to the property.

- Pets: Retreat 52 is Not pet-friendly. No pets allowed.
