We arrived at the woodland waltz cabin, the place was very clean. The cabin was set just off the road behind the tree line. It was as seen on the website. The property was very clean and well maintained. The manager keep us updated through the whole way. Very good customer. I would recommend this place to everyone I know that would be going up there. The cabin was minutes away from town. We enjoyed everything that we could do there.

We are glad we chose this serene cabin to have our long vacation. It was clean, quiet and comfortable. The little babbling brook added some nice nature sounds to our soundtrack. The hot tub helped soothe our weary bones from our daily lives. It was well needed and perfect.

The ccabin we rented, Woodland Waltz, was everything we needed and more. A king sized bed in a spacious bedroom, large bathroom with a big tub. A kitchen stocked with pots pans, plates; pretty much everything you need to make a meal. The grocery store is not far away. The livingroom had what seemed to be a brand new comfy couch and matchimg chair, fireplace and several different lighting choices so you can have the perfect ambiance. The porch has a hottub for 2, a bench that can be turned into a small picnic table, a nice grill and a small creek running through you can view from the porch. I loved the sound of the creek running while we sat on the porch. This was our first visit but we will deffinately return and absolutely recommend to anyone looking to have a nice romantic get away or just get away from the huatle and bustle.

The cabin itself was amazing, 10/10! Everything was in great working order, including the hot tub on the covered porch. The staff is all very friendly and the location is just secluded enough that the only sounds you hear are the babbling brook and the occasional nature sounds, like owl calls.

we enjoyed our winter stay to Woodland Waltz. Husband especially enjoys the hottub! having a fire in the fireplace was wonderful (we dont have a fireplace at home!) The bed could use a better mattress and the headboard would be anchored instead of banging against the wall! when people are staying for more than 2 nights, extra towels and bathcloths would be extremely nice since it is few miles to the office to make exchanges. the cabin is neat and cozy. we would stay again.

The cabin was clean and in good shape. Hot tub worked perfectly. The location was just a short drive from Helen. The directions to the cabin were not accurate. The cabin is actually on lovers lane. The cabin is tucked back and private . On the second day a rep called to see how our stay was going. Only wish it had a washer and dryer but I knew this when renting. I would come back for sure.

Rental was not as expected to be.Smoke filled through out.The shower head was full of mold along with the shower curtain . That was replaced by the maintenance Man in a very quick manner.

I love to cook while I am there. We have stayed there 2 other times. They need to provide more than 3 forks and 3 spoons,also the buttons on the hot tub were destroyed and NO lights in the tub. Thank God for the stream!!

We loved our stay at Woodland Waltz. The cabin was very clean and comfortable. We loved the comfortable bed. My only suggestion is that a mat in the bathtub would have made it safer as it was slippery. Randy was a tremendous help guiding us to the cabin when we arrived.

Cabin was as advertised. Place was spotless. Adequate supplies meant we didn't have to bring our own utensils, etc. Location was excellent, not too close to town, not too far. We'll be making return trips to the area and will definitely be staying in this cabin again. Keep Woodland Waltz on your short list, you will not be disappointed!

This cabin is cozy and was in an area with other cabins yet secluded so it was peaceful. The bed was very large and comfy which was a priority to us. The place was very clean as long as you don’t look under the couch for something you dropped. A couple of things I would change - the hot tub cover is huge and heavy. It’s far too big for a two person hot tub and no guest should have to lift such a heavy cover. We used the hot tub less because of the cover. The bathroom window has no curtain. Yes we were in the woods, but other cabins are close enough that people may be walking around outside. We had to hang a towel over the window. The couch is awful. It seriously needs to be replaced. You are either sinking or sitting on a lump. Luckily we didn't spend much time on the couch. Bring pillows. There were two flat pillows then decorative throw pillows. Luckily I brought two pillows and the bed was so comfy that all was good. Even with those things, we would gladly return to this cabin. It’s peaceful yet close to town. It’s clean. Tvs were easy to log into our Netflix and cable account. Only thing that I will specifically request next time is that no one calls me to check and see how our stay is going. We were in the mountains taking a break from being connected to the world. We didn’t want to handle anything even remotely like business and wanted to do nothing but relax. Anything bad enough to cause us great concern we would have called on. No need to call or email during a stay.

We've stayed at Woodland Waltz several times around the holidays, and it's always been lovely.

The location is great - tucked back in a little cluster of cabins but with plenty of privacy, even in winter, and the right distance away from Helen (convenient to go into town or to go around if you'd rather avoid the traffic).

The cabin is always decorated so festively for the holidays, too - it's a warm & welcoming home base for our day hikes and evening hot-tubbing to sooth sore muscles! There are lots of excellent trails within a half hour's drive, and several good wineries in the area, too. The woodburning fireplace makes for cozy evenings (and tasty s'mores!).

If you want to disconnect from the world, you absolutely can. But if you need or want to stay in the 21st century, the wi-fi is fast and secure, and the TV looks fully equipped for streaming (although we try not to watch TV since we can do that at home).

The staff are also super fast to respond to requests (we needed a replacement light bulb and a broom this time, and both were delivered to the porch within hours; last time, they even brought us a package of new steak knives when we discovered the ones in the drawer were too dull to be useful).

Woodland Waltz has become our go-to rental cabin in this area - highly recommended.

Overall, we thoroughly enjoed our stay! This is the third cabin we have visited with Georgia Mountain Rentals. Two things we would have liked to have been different: 1) there was no access to a broom, cleaning spray, etc. 2) the chimney probably needs cleaned. The smoke smell was strong when we arrived, and we quickly learned why when we started a fire.
But - Very private and can hear the sound of the running creek from the porch!

The cabin was very well maintained and clean. It had everything we needed. The location was close to town and the park, yet still felt very private and secluded. The bed was very comfortable too. This was an anniversary trip for my husband and I and the night before we left we both said that we would love to come back to Woodland Waltz again! The property management even called to check on us. They were very polite and professional. The check in process was easy.

I booked the trip online with ease. I traveled down the daybof checkin and received the call like email said about the property. Should of relied more on the email for directions than using Google which wasn.t accurate. I eventually found the cabin and lo and behold serenity was found. A nice quiet place with natural sounds of the creek below the cabin was nice to listen to. The cabin was just like the pictures and very clean. I had no issues and the town of Helen nearby was adequate for getting whatever needed which wasn.t much. I really enjoyed and was able to relax here. I will come back again maybe in the fall or spring.

The cabin was very cute. I love the view from the porch and the hot was very clean. The cabin was clean and cozy. The shower curtain liner definitely needs to be replaced. Other than that the house was very clean. I did have a problem with the internet access but the office had someone bring me a jetpack which worked fine. A bear did get into the trash outside while we watched from the blinds and walked on the porch. My 9 year old son thought that was the best part of the stay.

For such a compact little cabin, each space was actually quite roomy. It was very comfortable, beautiful & private, despite being so close to other cabins; it always felt secluded. While it could have been stocked a little better, it really wasn't much of an issue for us. We'd definitely rent it again & just bring some kitchen items that I "can't live without".

We have rented from before and have always been satisfied with our stay. We keep coming back because they offer the cleanest and coziest cabins that we have ever visited. Last time we were in Woodland Waltz, the water in the hot tub was particularly clean, which made it really enjoyable. We cannot wait to go back. The cabin is less than 10 min drive to Helen which we always enjoy going for icecream and a walk thru the town. The cabin is secluded in the woods yet easy to reach.

We enjoyed our vacation! Cabin was secluded enough for a peaceful stay, but close enough to town for us to get out and about. We will stay at Woodland Waltz again. One suggestion....get rid of the plastic bag from around the mattress. It made it difficult for the sheets to stay on the bed. We made it work. This definitely isn’t a game changer for us.

We enjoyed our second stay at Woodland Waltz in February of 2019. We did have a little trouble getting the fire going in the fireplace, but when we did the fire was wonderful. My husband really enjoyed the hot tub! The unit was comfortable. We will definitely chose Woodland Waltz again.

We enjoyed our stay in the mountains. The home was large which is a plus when it comes to rentals in the mountains. The communication was timely and we had no issues upon arrival or departure. We did discover a leak underneath the sink which we reporter. Also, the flue in the fireplace needs maintenance. The only complaint is that the smoke did not escape well, leaving a smokey smell on our clothes, even on our suitcases (padded cloth) which we will be unable to remove.

I really appreciated the professionalism at the office. They were very nice and helpful with all of our needs and questions that we had.We stayed two nights at Woodland Waltz. It was very clean and cozy it didn’t have a washer and dryer but that was OK because we only stayed two nights. Overall I give the experience two thumbs up. I will definitely go back to Georgia Mountain Rental properties, I will recommend them to anyone that is looking for a place in North Georgia to rent.

My husband and I celebrated 38 blessed years of marriage at the rental. The cabin was a little dated and is need of a better bed/linen and cleaner fridge and new blinds. With that said having the running brook in front of the cabin certainly made it more enjoyable, The hot tub was great also.
